Scientists collected data from 76 men and ladies aged 50 to 83, who had been actively tracking for eight days and conducted academic tests daily. On average, people spent moderate to moderate exercise, five hours of sunshine activity, and nine hours a day. Moderate exercise involved activities that increase heartbeat, similar to fast walking, dancing, or walking up and down stairs.
When comparing the activity level with the outcomes of the memory test, researchers found that the physical activity related to moderate with high scores in memory tests, whatever the time spent in any amount of moderate treatment or light activity, is anxious.
